Lipid panel results after 6 weeks on 30mg anavar show very low HDL, but the rest seems okay? What do you all think?
Clearly, you're using a statin or Ezetimibe to achieve that low LDL. What’s your ApoB level?
I’m not on any statin, and I don’t see ApoB in my lab results. I thought it would be included, but maybe it isn’t.. hmm.
Wow, your LDL is quite impressive then. I wouldn’t stress too much about the HDL, but check your ApoB for a clearer picture of your lipid health. Given how good your LDL is, I bet your ApoB is solid too.
Thanks, man. I believe my LDL is good due to my daily cardio and a clean diet with minimal saturated fat. So ApoB is a better measure of lipid health? Not sure how to approach the HDL or if it will improve after I stop taking anavar. I know someone suggested cardarine.
HIIT cardio can boost HDL; someone shared lab results after a month on Cardarine, and they were pretty impressive.
I do an hour of daily cardio, but it’s all zone 2 under 130bpm. So I think you’re right; I should incorporate more HIIT anaerobic workouts.
Whatever you're doing is clearly effective; those lab results look fantastic, especially on Anavar.
A temporary drop in HDL from var isn’t a big deal. Especially with your other lipid levels being fine. These lab results would give me the go-ahead to continue my current cycle.

Honestly, I don't think he was promoting other sources as much as just pointing out something interesting; I’m sure we’d all avoid purple tren, except maybe some young and naive 18 or 19-year-olds who see things on TikTok and follow a "trend." A lot of pharmacies and clinics are telling folks it’s 28 days. I’ve noticed that popping up quite a bit online lately. So it’s definitely a trend right now.
That makes sense. I don’t frequent those places much for gear, at least. Plus, most prescriptions I’ve seen are for the 1mL/2mL bottles, so I get the 28-day thing clearer now. Crazy.
Yeah, I hadn’t heard about it until a couple of months ago on some forums, with lots of TRT users asking the same question. I’m still using vials I opened a year ago. Many of those asking seemed to be wasting more than half their vial. It’s pretty wild. I bet it’s more about money than anything else. They want you to toss it after 28 days so you have to buy a new one.

Sadly, yes. It’s 28 days. You either need to inject more or toss it and get a new one. I’ve been asking UNC to make 4ml vials for years. They really keep the little guy down. Don’t pay attention to those reckless people here who are pinning 6-week-old test and are just lazy and out of shape. It really frustrates me how foolish they are. Stay safe, man. Remember, it’s 28 days, then you need to throw it out.

If your stool has turned orange, I’m not sure what that could be - it turns clay/yellow when your liver is stressed. Have you been eating Terry's Chocolate Orange by any chance?

About $4, they’re only available around Christmas.
They cost around £1.50 here - we have them in all supermarkets all year. We also have chocolate orange bars, mint varieties, and those things that taste awful called Hershey's Bars LMAO.

Just warm up any oil and it’ll change color a bit. You’re good to go. In my opinion, if it’s really dark, consider the type of oil since GSO looks darker naturally, and if you’re using MCT, check the MSDS for natural color. It’s all science, but good question. Draft your cycle plan, and think about blood tests, AI/DA, etc. A simple 12-week cycle is plenty. Nutrition and gym are what matter. Gear is just for recovery.
