I've noticed those being advertised. Honestly, I'm not sure if I would trust labs that come from such a small blood sample. It might be better than nothing, though, and the DIY aspect is pretty cool... It would be interesting to see how it compares to a Quest draw.

They have two pre-built panels you can choose from. You can add other tests as needed. Best prices I’ve found. It's a fairly new vendor started by a group of bodybuilding coaches to offer labs at lower prices for their clients.

I take a couple of 50’s under my foreskin and hit PRs. On a serious note, 20-50mg/day works wonders. It has a short half-life, so depending on how you handle orals, if you prefer more stable blood levels, split your doses AM/PM. Personally, I like to take the full dose before workouts and split it on rest days.

Under the foreskin is the secret weapon; the clothespin to hold them in place is painful at first, but you get used to it.

BIG bro... I think there’s some truth to that, brother. Just because it’s injectable doesn't mean the liver escapes completely... it still gets metabolized by the liver, and it’s still a 17aa compound. However, since it bypasses the GI tract, many guys, myself included, find the injectable versions much gentler on the stomach. Less heartburn, less GI discomfort, and for some, less appetite suppression. Of course, individual responses vary. That’s also why you’ll see people tolerate injectable Adrol, Dbol, or even SDrol longer than the oral versions. They’re not without risks, but from a GI perspective, they seem much more manageable. Pulsing it 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off allows the body to recover between cycles instead of putting constant stress on it. Ultimately, bloodwork and how you feel will provide more insight than any theory. Do I think pulsing is the best way to gain? No. But do I believe it’s the healthier option? Yes. It’s all about testing and assessing based on your own reactions. That’s the only way to find what works best for you...
