I know how to diet for shredding, but I'm looking to enhance my nutrition with some different options instead of the same old chicken, broccoli, rice, potatoes, fish, steak, and eggs. It's potent, and my gains have been consistently good. But definitely noticeable, so get better blood work or test the products and stop complaining.

Anyone have thoughts on the maximum duration for using injectable Superdrol in a cycle? I'm not new to Superdrol, just the injectable form. With the oral version, I always capped it at 3-4 weeks due to the severe liver toxicity and lethargy, but the injectable has much less liver toxicity (though it’s still present) and I haven’t experienced lethargy from it (currently at 4 weeks).
I'll check with my dad; he uses superdrol, anadrol, and d-bol. I'm not sure if he’s tried the injections, but I'll ask him how he avoids lethargy when using it. He seems to go into beast mode without feeling tired. I think he adds testosterone to balance things out, but I'm not certain. I'll update once I have a chat with him about his regimen.
It's still toxic... keep it brief and straightforward. Use blood tests to confirm your own reactions to it.
